SSR LLC is building a multi-phase, sustainable housing and infrastructure development in Arizona.
We’re seeking a Civil Engineer and Architect to join our growing in-house team — individuals who take ownership, move fast, and want to be part of something generational.
You’ll be helping bring to life a project that integrates housing, design, civil construction, and manufacturing under one umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities (Preferred Experience):
Design and develop residential site plans, grading, and utility layouts
Work directly with ownership and GC to prepare permit-ready construction documents
Coordinate with surveyors, structural engineers, and municipalities for submittals
Review plans for compliance with zoning and sustainability standards
Collaborate on energy-efficient design, infrastructure efficiency, and value engineering
Support 3D renderings, schematic layouts, and model home planning
Manage timelines and coordinate deliverables across departments
Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed (or pursuing) Architect or Professional Engineer (AZ preferred)
3–7 years experience in residential or mixed-use projects
Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, and permit processes
Detail-oriented with the ability to self-manage and communicate clearly
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working with a startup-style environment
